Polyester filter cloth



The biggest advantage of this is that it has good acid resistance and poor electrical conductivity. It is the most acid-resistant filter cloth material among the four. Polypropylene filter cloth



The polypropylene filter cloth is woven from the fibers and wires of the polypropylene section. The biggest characteristic of the filter cloth is that the surface of the filter cloth is smooth, has few burrs, and has good air permeability. This is advantageous in that the filter cloth is separated from the filter cake.



The polypropylene filter cloth on the market now has a medium-sized 750A thick type: 750B (series) 750AB. Its maximum use temperature is 140~160°C, and the maximum melting point is 165~173°C. Elongation at break: 18~35%. The performance of acid and alkali resistance is moderate between the four, not bad or bad. In short, the performance of the polypropylene filter cloth is still flat.



Nylon filter cloth



The strength of nylon filter cloth is 4-5.3 Cndtex. The elongation is 18% to 45%, the maximum softening point is 180~235 (°C), and the melting point is 215~235 (°C). It has strong alkali resistance. The experiment showed that he was not immersed for 20 h in 10% NAOH solution.



Nylon filter cloth The strongest filter cloth among the four filter cloths, the most wear-resistant filter cloth is 10 times that of cotton fiber. Its biggest disadvantage is that the chemical properties are unstable, it is easy to release a trace amount of harmful substances, and the filter is subject to secondary pollution. Therefore, such a nylon filter cloth cannot be used in industries such as food processing and bio-pharmaceutics.



Velen filter cloth



The chemical name of the vinylon filter cloth is called polyvinyl alcohol. The advantage of the filter cloth of this material is that it is the most alkali-resistant among the four types. The filtration temperature should not exceed 60°, and it will deform and shrink at 100°. So it is not resistant to high temperatures. Other properties: the strength is only 3.52 - 5.72Cndtex. The elongation at break is 12% to 25%. The elasticity is poor, the fabric retains the shape, the wear resistance is good, and the durability is 1-2 times that of the pure cotton.
